I am an adoptee, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, raised in Southern Indiana/Louisville, KY, and now living in New Jersey with my husband and two sons.

I am a former teacher and school counselor and now a yoga and mindfulness teacher for athletes, kids, and adults.

I spend most of my days at the hockey rink with my boys, walking my puppy, and empowering people to live a more mindful and
